1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Applicable to All Orders)
We review return or exchange requests only when an issue arises on our side.
To ensure fairness and clarity, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- The item is returned in original condition, with all original tags attached, labels intact, and original packaging included
- The product shows no signs of wear, stains, odor, or use
📸 A clear unboxing video is required for all damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
This helps us assess concerns accurately and resolve them efficiently.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
As outlined in Section 1, returns or refunds are approved only in eligible cases.
The following items are not eligible:
- Items not in original condition or missing tags/packaging
- Sleepwear that has been worn, washed, or altered
- Size or fit concerns (please review the size chart carefully before ordering)
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
3. Domestic Orders (India)
Exchanges
- Available only for approved cases as per Section 1
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection
Refunds
- Issued only after quality inspection for approved returns
- Processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunded to the original payment method
4. International Orders
⚠️ All international orders are final sale, due to international shipping and customs regulations.
That said, we carefully review genuine concerns.
Limited Exceptions
A claim may be reviewed if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
- A valid unboxing video and clear photos are provided
- The item is unused and in original condition with tags attached
Resolution for Approved Claims
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- Store credit equal to the product value
If an issue is confirmed to be caused by an error on our part, we take full responsibility and ensure a fair resolution in line with this policy.
5. Customs, Duties & Shipping (International)
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- Delays caused by customs authorities or courier partners are beyond our control and are not grounds for refunds
- Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties are not refundable
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
