Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

Please email us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

If the error is from our side, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue on your terms—either a replacement or refund.
