Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Each product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
(Applicable to All Orders)
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
The item is returned in original condition, with all original tags attached, labels intact, and original packaging included
The product shows no signs of use, stains, odor, or wear
📸 A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or wrong-item claims. Claims without proper evidence may be declined.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
As mentioned in Section 1, returns or refunds are accepted only for approved cases.
The following items are not eligible:
Items not in original condition or missing tags/packaging
Sleepwear that has been worn, washed, or altered
Size or fit issues (please review the size chart carefully before ordering)
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
clearance items
Minor color variations due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography
3. Domestic Orders (India)
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for approved cases as mentioned in Section 1
Customers must ship the item back at their own cost
Replacement shipping will be covered by us one time only
Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for approved returns as per Section 1
After quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
4. International Orders
⚠️ All international orders are final sale.
As stated in Section 1, exceptions are reviewed only in rare cases.
Exceptions (Strictly Limited)
Claims will be reviewed only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
A valid unboxing video and clear photos are provided
The item is unused and in original condition with tags attached
Resolution for Approved International Claims
A replacement (subject to availability), or
Store credit equal to the product value
If any issue is confirmed to be a result of an error from our side, we take full responsibility and will ensure the matter is resolved fairly and on terms that best support our customer, in line with this policy.
5. Customs, Duties & Shipping (International)
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the buyer’s responsibility
Delays caused by customs or courier partners are not grounds for refunds
Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties are not refundable
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
